My residence permit / work permit application was rejected. What can I do?
You can file an objection and — if rejection persists — bring an annulment or deportation challenge before the competent administrative court.
Important deadline: You must file the lawsuit within 60 days from the date you receive the written decision.
I received a deportation or entry ban decision. Can I appeal?
Yes. Provided that you act within the deadlines, we can file objections and lawsuits before the relevant administrative courts. Deadline: 60 days from the date of notification of the decision.
There is a tax assessment or penalty against me. How long do I have to challenge it?
You may file an appeal or lawsuit before the tax court. For most tax-related disputes (assessments, penalties, notices, etc.) the limitation period is 30 days from the date of official notification.
For payment orders or enforcement notices under tax debts: usually 15 days to appeal or challenge.
How long does an administrative lawsuit generally take?
While it depends on the complexity of the case, typical administrative court cases are resolved in approximately 6 months to 1.5 years.
For simpler cases without expert reports or complex evidence, quicker resolutions (6–9 months) are possible.
